What works today

Field records, even when the signal drops
For now, wait for the app to finish syncing before you close it.
Health records with withdrawal dates
Vaccinations, treatments and deworming with the drug, the drug’s batch number, the dose and the cost. The app works out the last day of the meat and milk withdrawal.
Breeding and calving
Heats, inseminations, pregnancy checks and births. The likely due date is calculated for you, and every birth records its dam and its sire.
Weights and daily gain
Every weighing stays on the animal’s record, with its chart and average daily gain. For a group you see the average, lowest and highest weight.
Money and production per animal and group
Assign any income, cost or production record to an animal or a group, and see its balance: what came in, what went out and what is left.
Groups you count by the head
A head-count group, with no animal-by-animal records, and a movements ledger: births, purchases, deaths, sales and culls. A sale books its income.
Several farms in one account
Each site with its own animals, groups and accounts.
Several users with permissions
Owner, manager, worker or view only, each with their own part.

One monthly charge with an invoice for your books, instead of a subscription in the phone’s app store.
Help getting set up
A call to leave the app set up your way. Send us your spreadsheets, we go through them with you and help you load your animals.
Support with agreed response times
Response times are written into the contract, based on what your operation needs. We do not promise a number we have not agreed with you.

Common questions

Can I try the app first?
It is not in the stores yet: it is in testing. When it opens, you start on the Free plan, up to 50 animals and no card. Leave your details below and we will write to you.
Does it work without signal?
Partly, for now. While the app is open, what you record keeps saving with no signal. When the signal is back, open the app again (or make another entry) so it syncs, and wait for it to finish before closing it: whatever has not synced is lost when you close it. Creating a reminder needs signal.
How do I bring my data in?
Send us your spreadsheets and we help you load them while getting set up. The app already adds animals in bulk, several at once with automatic ear tags. Direct import from a CSV file is still being finished.
How is it billed?
Month by month in US dollars, with a US invoice in your company’s name. From US$99 a month; we agree the final price with you before you start.
What if I have several farms?
Every farm goes in the same account, with its own animals, groups and accounts, and you switch between them in the app. The Enterprise plan includes everything in Pro Plus: unlimited farms and users, with permissions.
What happens to our data?
We do not sell your data or share it with data brokers. You can ask for a copy whenever you want and ask for your account to be deleted from the web. The details are in the privacy policy.
