Common questions
- Does it work without signal?
- Partly, for now. While the app is open, what you record keeps saving with no signal. When the signal is back, open the app again (or make another entry) so it syncs, and wait for it to finish before closing it: whatever has not synced is lost when you close it. Creating a reminder needs signal.
- How many animals fit in the free plan?
- Up to 50 per farm. Past that you need to move up to Pro.
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes. Pro exports to PDF and CSV, and even on the free plan you can ask for a copy of your data whenever you want.
- Is it the same price in every country?
- Yes. The price is the same in US dollars, and your phone’s store charges it in your currency; the local amount can vary a little with taxes and with how each store converts the price.
- Can I pay month to month?
- Yes. Pro is US$9.99 a month and Pro Plus US$19.99. The yearly plan costs half: US$4.99 and US$9.99 a month.
